TEAM LEADER HUMAN RESOURCES

(Croglio- CH)

 

We are seeking a candidate having strong relationship skills, be flexible and able to adapt to changes.

 

The Customers Team Leader HR reports to the CFO with the following tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and manage the local HR team
  • Ensure a high quality of HR processes
  • Develop, implement and reviseHR policies and practices
  • Advise and coach directors and line managers in all HR related issues and needs
  • Manage recruiting and HR marketing activities
  • Drive the elaboration of HR development programs
  • Coordinate and control the Payroll process and staff administration
  • Elaborate the salary budget and yearly forecast
  • Provide periodic reports and analyses for the Board of Management
  • Identify HR trends and challenges
  • Cooperate in the international HR network of the FAULHABER Group

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR-related field and relevant job experience in Human Resources
  • High competence in best practice HR Management
  • Very good knowledge in HR IT solutions and HR processes
  • Excellent knowledge in Swiss labour and social security law
  • Team oriented personality with cooperative spirit
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Fluent Italian and English skills
  • Preferably also German language skills
