For our team of service technicians we are looking for a

 

 

SERVICE AND CUSTOMER TRAINING TECHNICIAN 

 

 

 

Activities

 

• Installation and revision of our machines at the customer site.
• Phone support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Basic training to the customer on machine use and maintenance.
• Customer training in machine programming (ISO and SARIX CAM system).

 

Work trips are usually 2 to 5 days long.

 

 

 

Education

 

Studies in precision mechanics, electro-mechanics, electronics or equivalent.

 

 

 

Your profile

 

• Fluency in English is mandatory and German and/or French is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine construction, mechanical adjustment, precision mechanics.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawing.
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical measurement.
• Problem solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of PC use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, email.
• Resident or willing to transfer place of residence near company site.

 

 

 

Addictional preferred skills

 

• Experience in international service technician activity.
• Knowledge of Electro Discharge Machining, CAM, micromechanics.
• Knowledge of CNC machine programming.
• Italian or other languages.
